Set of 2 chairs - one is larger than 1/12 scale

Chairs are from an estate sale.

The chair with the green upholstery is very well made.  It's signed but it's hard to see the writing. It's 2 1/4" wide, 3" deep, 4" tall.

The other chair is nothing special and has some flaws.  I threw it in as a bonus.  It's   1 3/4" wide, 2" deep, 3 1/2" tall. It could be 1/12 scale
