Our usual method of shipping is by the US Postal Service. Tracking information will be provided by USPS.
You may request UPS or Express Mail and you will be charged at cost.

UK & EU:
in order to avoid extra paperwork and costs, orders to the UK and EU must be $200 or more
(£ 135.00 or € 135.00). If an order is placed for less than that we will place a value of $200 on the customs form.
Please note that the shipping costs are estimates and will depend on weight and destination.
Packages weighing less than 8 ounces cost a minimum of around $19.00. Packages over 8 ounces cost a minimum of $26.
If the actual cost is much less than the estimate you will be charged a lesser amount. If the shipping cost is much more than the estimate we will let you know and request an additional payment.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees charged by the recipient's country.
The following are estimates. The rate varies depending on the weight.

$101-$200 - $26.00
$201 -$300 - $28.00
$301 and over - $42.00
Returns and claims
Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds will be made for returns received within 14 days of return request. After 14 days, a store credit only will be issued.
IMPORTANT! If an item arrives damaged DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR IT. If your attempt fails and causes more damage, we may not replace it or issue a refund. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK MERCHANDISE IN AN ENVELOPE OR PADDED ENVELOPE. Envelopes go through machines and items may get damaged.
If you need to return something, email us first and let us know. The reasons for this are 1. we can issue a prepaid return label to you. if applicable and 2. we are aware that a package will be arriving from you. We also like to know the reason for the return as it enables us to maintain our high standards.
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% processing fee on returned items.
