Faux marble top Mahogany finish 3 1/2" wide, 1 3/4" deep, 3" tall

I think that this is a shaving table. The bowl is signed "gw, 1979".  I assume that's the maker of the stand. Drawer opens. 1 1/8" wide and deep, 2" tall.
