Shipping costs (including insurance) by U.S.mail for the U.S., it's territories and possessions are as follows:
Up to $49 - $5 (first class mail)
$50-$99 - $7.00 (Priority mail)
$100-$199 - $9.00 (Priority mail)
$200 -$299 - $11.00 (Priority mail)
$$300 and above - $13.00 (Priority mail)

You may request UPS or Express Mail and you will be charged at cost.
Fedex shipments will be billed directly by Fedex to your credit card and we will provide you with the tracking number. Any problems with Fedex deliveries should be directed to them

International packages will be sent the safest and/or most economical method available and will be charged at cost. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages shipped without insurance. You will be responsible for any taxes, duty, or customs fees for your country.

We have no control over packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In our experience, packages can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks for domestic and 3 days to 2 months for overseas packages after they are shipped. We ask for your patience if packages do not arrive quickly.

The items on this website are NOT children's toys. They are adult collectables and unsuitable for children under 14 years of age

To help protect our environmnent and keep packing costs to a minimum we have a policy of re-using and recycling any suitable packing materials.

We are required by law to collect sales tax of 7% for orders shipped to a New Jersey address

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 days.

Everything on our web site should be in stock. However, in some instances, some items may already be sold before we have time to update the website. In those cases we will order it for you if possible. We rarely substitute without asking first.

If you don't find what you're looking for please ask. If we have it, we can tell you where it is on the website and if we don't have it, we can try and get it for you.

Please be aware that most of the items we sell are handcrafted and the pieces may vary somewhat from the photo on the site. Also be aware that colors vary on different computer screens.

We do not have a print catalog. We have too many items and our inventory constantly changes making a print catalog impossible.

Unless otherwise noted, pieces are 1/12 scale for dollhouses.

Our miniatures are not toys. They are collectibles for adults only and are not intended for use by children under the age of 14.

We accept checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal
For countries where we are unable to obtain a billing address verification needed to process a credit card charge we may request a copy of your credit card. This is done to prevent the fraudulent use of credit cards.

Please note that there is a $15 minimum order before shipping costs. There will be a $1.50 minimum order fee added to orders below the $15 minimum and we reserve the right not to fill small orders.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be made for returns received within 14 days of return request. After 14 days, a store credit only will be issued.
IMPORTANT! If an item arrives damaged DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR IT. If your attempt fails and causes more damage, we may not replace it or issue a refund.

If you need to return something, email us first and let us know. The reason for this is so we are aware that a package will be arriving from you. We also like to know the reason for the return as it enables us to maintain our high standards. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent. In most cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK MERCHANDISE IN AN ENVELOPE OR PADDED ENVELOPE. Envelopes go through machines and items may get damaged.

We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on returned items purchased with a credit card. This is due to the cost of credit card fees which are not refunded to us.

All items on this web site are stocked by S P Miniatures. We guarantee that the quality of these items are as shown and described on our site. Items sold through distributor catalogs such as Handley House and Aztec Imports are not stocked by us and must be ordered. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the quality of these items.

Fill out our wishlist form and we will take care of the rest. We will email your friends and family with your wishlist items and they can purchase directly from the list. The list will be kept for 6 weeks.
We will not put aside the items on your list and there is the possibility that they will get sold.
